Clube Pinheiros refurbishment project

Proposal in partnership with Edo Rocha Arquiteturas for a closed competition, promoted by the administration of Clube Pinheiros, in São Paulo.

The project consists of a rfurbishment of the Club's ballroom. The program aimed to preserve the architecture of the building, designed by architect Gregori Warchavchik. The briefing requirements consisted of the modernization of the building, the introduction of new activities and spaces, such as a convention center, the expansion of the capacity of the central hall and commercial entertainment activities open to the public, in addition to the introduction of technologies and energy optimization throughout the building.
